  • An official certification or accreditation program
  • A tutoring or teaching service

1.3 No Performance Guarantee

IMPORTANT: We do not provide any guarantee, warranty, or assurance regarding:

  • Your performance in actual board examinations or competitive exams
  • The accuracy or completeness of your assessment results
  • Your improvement or progress in academic performance
  • Your ability to achieve any specific marks or grades

2. Content Disclaimer

2.1 System-Generated Content

The questions, answers, explanations, and related content on our platform are system-generated or sourced from various educational materials. While we strive for accuracy, we explicitly disclaim responsibility for:

2.1.1 Answer Accuracy

  • Correct answers may be marked as incorrect, and vice versa
  • Answer explanations may contain errors or be misleading
  • Multiple-choice options may be incorrect or improperly formatted

2.1.2 Question Quality

  • Questions may contain typographical errors, grammatical mistakes, or unclear wording
  • Question difficulty levels may be incorrectly categorized
  • Questions may be outdated or not aligned with current syllabi
  • Mathematical formulas or scientific notation may be incorrectly rendered

2.1.3 Content Classification

The following metadata may be incorrect or mismatched:

2.2 Content Reporting

If you identify any errors, inaccuracies, or mismatches in our content, you may report them using the "Report Issue" feature within the app. However:

  • We are not obligated to review, verify, or correct reported issues
  • Review and correction of reported content is at our sole discretion
  • We do not provide timelines for issue resolution
  • Reporting an issue does not entitle you to any compensation or remedy

2.3 No Liability for Content Errors

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EduNxtAI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
